Introduction
Joost and Jelle Tempelman are the faces behind Commpro. Joost is the founder and director of Commpro, which he established in 2006, driven by a growing passion for IT and web design. As a former Office Manager at an electronics wholesaler, he gradually developed a strong affinity for technology and customer-focused solutions. This interest led to the creation of A-Ware Systems, a company operating under the umbrella of the wholesaler, where he focused on IT management and web design. In this role, he developed websites – first with Joomla, and later with WordPress – enabling him to support his clients more effectively. To further expand his skills and ambitions, he took the step toward entrepreneurship: Commpro was born. From the beginning, the company focused on IT management, telecom, and the development of websites and webshops.
As director, Joost is responsible for the overall operations, as well as the purchasing and sales of products and services. He is also the face and first point of contact for many long-time clients. His son Jelle has been involved with the company since 2015 and has been employed full-time since 2021 as Head of the Application Development Department. In this role, he is responsible for the development and management of websites and applications hosted on their servers. Jelle’s long-standing involvement with Commpro has allowed him to build strong relationships with many of their clients.

When Commpro started, they used a reseller package with PCExtreme, which was sufficient at the time for smaller projects and clients. However, as their client base grew, they needed a more robust solution with higher levels of service and support.
