Expansion prices

On this page, you will find the hardware and network costs for expansions of your package or server.
All listed expansion prices are excluding high-rate VAT.
Software prices, such as for LiteSpeed or CloudLinux, are available upon request.

Shared hosting expansions

In shared hosting environments, custom expansions are not possible. The best option is to upgrade to a higher package.
Already on the highest package? Then consider your own server with our dedicated hosting.

Dedicated hosting expansions

Please note: The listed prices apply per server. If you have a cluster of multiple servers, any expansions must be applied to all servers. In that case, multiply the price by the number of servers in your cluster.

Are you currently using Enterprise 1, 2, or 3, or Enterprise Next Gen 1, 2, or 3 server hosting? Then you can only expand the RAM. Other expansions are only possible starting from Enterprise 4, Enterprise Next Gen 4, or with custom dedicated servers.

Server RAM Memory

• Upgrade from 16 GB to 32 GB: €25 per month (recommended)
• Upgrade from 32 GB to 64 GB: €50 per month
• Upgrade from 64 GB to 128 GB: €90 per month

Storage

• Extra 100 GB NVMe storage: €32 per month (per block)
• Extra 100 GB SSD storage: €28 per month (per block)

Processor

• Per physical processor core: €30 per month

Data Traffic

Per partial block of 1 TB data traffic:

• Post calculation: €8 per month
• Pre purchased: €3 per month

Paging Service

Our pagers automatically activate when a specific keyword is not found on a specified page for five minutes.

Cost: €80 per month per page.
This service is included in SLA 1 and SLA 2.

SLA Service Level Agreement

SLA 0 is the default. For additional features, you can upgrade to SLA 1 or SLA 2. Please contact us for more information on the options and pricing.

IT support pricing

The IT support rate is €120 per hour.

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM, Sunday: 12 PM – 4 PM at €85 per month
• Monday to Friday: 24/7, Saturday: 8 AM – 8 PM, Sunday: 12 PM – 8 PM at €160 per month

Own server cluster

This option is exclusively available for physical dedicated servers, where the primary storage is synchronized with a secondary server.

Prices start at €525 per month within the same data center. Real-time synchronization across three geographically separated data centers is possible, with prices starting at €2000 per month.

Database Backups: Every 2 hours, retention: 24 hours

CDN on your own subdomain

Options (per subdomain)

• Standard CDN for €15 per month, including 1 TB of data traffic per month.
• CDN with automatic WebP conversion and JS/CSS optimization for €25 per month, including 2 TB of data traffic per month.
  HTTP/3 is available upon request.

Additional IP addresses

Additional IP addresses are available, subject to a minimum commitment of 3 years.
Prices start at €75 and €5 per month for 1x IPv4 and 1x IPv6.

Premium anycast DNS with DNSSEC

Upgrade from standard DNS to Anycast DNS, including DNSSEC:
Shared hosting: €2.50 per domain per month
Dedicated hosting: €45 per month for 50 domains

Email

Unfortunately, we do not offer email services for customers.
