A full bare metal backup is a copy of the complete software environment of the active server.

Retention refers to how long that backup is stored.

• Starting at Ecommerce-2: every 2 weeks backup; retention: standard + 2 months
• Starting at Ecommerce-2: 2 hourly backup; retention: 1 day
• Enterprice: monthly backup; retention: Standard + 6 months
• All packages: Full bare metal backup; retention: unlimited
